The Council's programs and projects are community-based and targeted. The Palestinian Housing Council (PHC) has a range of local and international partners. Local partners include ministries, local authorities, community organizations, social workers and researchers, as well as some Palestinian universities and research centres that usually support the Council by providing data, Universities and research centres help the Council prepare studies for proposed projects.
