This program aims at contributing to alleviating the impacts of poverty on poor and marginal groups by providing small grants of up to $ 8000 in the West Bank, and $ 12500 in Jerusalem for creating a habitable environment that fulfils both health and safety conditions and serves the urgent needs of families.
