The program aims at enhancing community participation in the preparation of structural and detailed plans and developing the urban areas of marginalized municipalities affected by the Israeli aggressions, by building capacities for the targeted local community and municipalities, and on the basis of an active community, participation to create a better future for the people of the region. The program included six municipalities in the Gaza Strip.
